UTICamp-2020 Children’s Programme
UTICamp is the industry’s only event that you can attend with your family. On this page, we are going to tell you about the leisure activities we have prepared for young participants of the conference.
We are organising an entertainment and educational programme for all kids who will be at Meteorit campsite between 21th and 25th July. Children aged from 5 to 12 can participate in the activities on their own, while kids from 3 to 5 years of age must be accompanied by one of their parents.
Young participants of the conference will be entertained by genuine professionals from the G. R. Kandibur Children’s Centre — experienced, helpful and friendly teachers, and real experts in what they do.
Attentive English-speaking instructors will monitor the emotional well-being of each participant. Kids will be able to find an activity that suits their interests and choose what they want to do at a specific time. Please make sure your kids bring along comfortable clothing, a hat and a good mood!
We would be delighted if parents can join in the activities when they are not attending conference events. So, the Children’s Programme includes:
1. Sports Programme
Meteorit campsite offers plenty of free space for outdoor activities. We can offer state-of-the-art equipment and fast-moving outdoor team games (such as football, badminton, volleyball and basketball), fun relay races, team competitions and other physical activities.
2. Games Programme
Kids love games of all kinds. We have selected some exciting games that help develop communication skills, leadership qualities, intellectual abilities and strategic thinking. Good fun guaranteed!
3. Quest Programme
The Children’s Programme also includes a technological quest and a fairy tale quest.
The kids will play an exciting game full of riddles and puzzles. They need to be inventive and work as a team to complete the quest.
4. Dance Programme
We cannot imagine a party without dancing! We believe that dancing is the key to a good mood and positive emotions. Dancing develops a sense of rhythm, speed of reaction and an ability to interact.
Instructors from a dance school lead classes in modern choreography, teach a range of dance elements and combinations of movements, and arrange dance battles and discos.
5. Handicraft Workshops
In addition to outdoor activities, we offer creative workshops to develop children’s imagination, concentration and diligence. Art helps develop fine motor skills and cultivate good taste. The kids will make some exclusive hand-crafted items to take home with them.
The art programme includes: string art, thermal mosaic, slimes, piñata, dream catchers, mobiles made from natural materials, painting gingerbread ornaments and chickpea designs.
The kids will discover the fascinating world of robots and the true atmosphere of creative engineering.
We will introduce them to a construction kit and its key parts, make and programme a robot using sensors, and learn about algorithmics. Your kids will feel like real engineers!
The activity schedule will be published soon.
